I shot this photo at the mystery castle in Arizona....it's a castle made in the mid 1900's all with trash and recycled materials. the builder was living in Seattle with his family when he found out he had TB so he moved to Arizona thinking he had a few months to live and started building this castle for his daughter who was 4 at the time. 16 or so years later he actually died from cancer but he had this amazing castle to leave for his daughter who lived there until she died a few months ago while still living at the castle. they have tours there a few days a week. pretty amazing. so much detail. they have a wedding chapel, a bar, and around 18 rooms.
this is a campground that i've been to twice in the last week and i saw this sign both times...bummer.
